Annual Meeting Team Reports Due January 9, 2026

Annually, the leader of each team, committee, board, and council at Lutheran Church of the Foothills, as well as staff members, submits a report (summary) of their group’s activities to be included in the Annual Report. The team summaries for the 2025 Annual Report are due Friday, January 9.

Please follow these simple formatting guidelines:

• Each summary report should be about one page long.

• Use a default typeface in 12 point, such as Aptos, Calibri, or Times New Roman for text. Avoid “fancy” fonts.

• For subheads and headings, use the same default typeface in bold, 14 point.

• Titles should include the year (2025) and the name of the group.

• Include one or two pictures that encapsulate your team’s activities. Please attach the images as a separate PNG, JPEG, PDF, or TIF file.

• No paragraph indents are necessary. Do, however, insert a space between paragraphs.

• Use bullets for bulleted lists.

• The signature block of the report should include the name and title of the person submitting the report, as well as the current members of the group.

Submit your report by email to the Congregational President, Bethany Boyd (Bethany@lcftucson.org) or the Congregational Secretary, Denise Roepke (Denise@lcftucson.org) by January 9, 2026. These reports will be included in an Annual Report booklet that serves as a guide for the meeting as well as a historical document of how we are fulfilling our mission and ministry in Christ’s name.

The Annual Meeting for Lutheran Church of the Foothills is scheduled for Sunday, February 1, 2026.
