Twice each month, Lutheran Church of the Foothills is partnering with STAR Village, a ministry of the Primavera Foundation, Old Pueblo Community Services, and the City of Tucson that serves women experiencing homelessness. Learn how you can help donate supplies and pack or deliver breakfast bags.
Gathered by Grace: New Summer Bible Study
Every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., Gathered By Grace will study God’s unfolding promise in the Bible using Manna and Mercy by Daniel Erlander, a creative and engaging retelling of the biblical story that invites reflection, conversation, and even a little optional coloring along the way. Bring Down Walls: Pray Without Ceasing
Help bring down the walls that divide. The community is invited to participate in brief prayer vigils for marginalized and targeted neighbors with opportunities in Midtown in the evening on the 3rd Monday of the month and on the Eastside each Wednesday morning.

SoJournals Ministry Helps Support Unhoused Women
Pamela Keane, member of Lutheran Church of the Foothills, is seeking donations of flattened cereal or frozen pizza boxes for SoJournals Ministry. The stiff board is used to make covers for writing journals given to the women of STAR Village and Sister Jose’s Women’s Center.
Join Coffee Talk This Summer!
During the summer months, Thursday Journey changes its name to Coffee Talk and meets informally at 10:00a each Thursday at Bruegger’s Bagels (northwest corner of Swan and Sunrise) for a little food, beverages, and engaging conversation on current events.

Sister Jose Women’s Center is a low-barrier shelter in Tucson for women without housing. Donations can be dropped off in the blue bin at the east end of the Activities Counter.
