Beyond the Book discussion on December 8
This book study discussion group meets every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 10:30a and 5:30p at Beyond Bread on the southwest corner of Speedway and Wilmot. You don’t need to attend Lutheran Church of the Foothills or even to have read the book to participate in the discussion.

Cookies Needed for Christmas Eve!
Cookies are needed for the Cookies and Cocoa fellowship time immediately after the 5:00p Christmas Eve service. Donations of either undecorated sugar cookies or your favorite Christmas cookies are due December 21.

Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest: Community Service Emphasis for November and December
December 14 is the date you need to bring in your unwrapped gifts for clients of Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW). We are collecting slippers and bathrobes for the aging and disabled people served by (LSS-SW) as well as toys for the refugee children and youth LSS-SW serves.

Help fight food insecurity among our neighbors and support Interfaith Community Services (ICS) Food Banks by donating food items. Read the article or see the west end of the Activities Counter for the complete list of needed items.
Sister Jose' Women's Shelter
Sister Jose Women’s Center is a low-barrier shelter in Tucson for women without housing. Donations can be dropped off in the blue bin at the east end of the Activities Counter.

It’s time to update the Lutheran Church of the Foothills Church Directory. Please note any changes in your contact information by contacting the office before December 16. New church directories will be available upon request in January, after the holiday break.
