Get Ready for the July Peanut Butter Party!
July is officially Peanut Butter Party month! Join Interfaith Community Services (ICS) for the 2026 Peanut Butter Party celebration filled with friendly competition, community spirit, and plenty of peanut butter as we come together to help feed those in need—one jar at a time. Collection dates are July 1 through August 1. Donations received after August 1 are still welcome, but won’t count toward competition totals.
Last year, Lutheran Church of the Foothills collected and delivered 308 jars of peanut butter to ICS! Let’s beat that number this year!
Start adding 12 or 16 oz. jars of peanut butter to your shopping list and look for the display in the Narthex starting in July. If you choose to drop off your donations at the Northwest Food Bank (2820 W. Ina Rd.) or Eastside Food Drop-Off (8701 E. Old Spanish Trail), you will need to fill out and bring the 2025 PB Party Competition Form for your jars to count toward the Lutheran Church of the Foothills total. Prefer to donate from home?
