Join the Celebration! LSS-SW Luncheon February 19

An invitation to you from Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest

Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW) invites you to be their guest at their 2026 Building Foundations Luncheon fundraiser. The luncheon will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson (445 S. Alvernon, a few blocks south of Broadway) from 12:00p to 1:00p (check-in begins 11:00a; doors open at 11:45a). 

Registration is required even though there is no cost to you for the luncheon. Talk with Beth Daum about being seated at one of the Lutheran Church of the Foothills tables – there are still a few seats available. Beth will be happy to register you, or you can register yourself at https://www.lss-sw.org/bfl (select “Bryan and Elizabeth Daum” as your table captains).

Come to celebrate the heart of community, where compassion, connection, and care come together to make Tucson a place where all can thrive. From empowering refugees to ensuring older adults have the care and dignity they deserve, LSS-SW works with individuals, congregations, and other organizations to build foundations of hope, one neighbor at a time. At the luncheon you will hear how your contributions to LSS-SW have specifically resulted in building hope for these neighbors, and how we are helping LSS-SW’s vision for the future. (For example, during November and December folks at Lutheran Church of the Foothills donated warm bathrobes and slippers and new toys for LSS-SW to give to their aging, disability, and refugee clients.)
