We are appreciated

Every spring for over 20 years our congregation has helped raise funds for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) Fund for Leaders. The ELCA Fund for Leaders awards scholarships to students seeking to become ELCA rostered ministers. The program awards scholarships for the duration of students’ required seminary work. Below is a thank-you note in appreciation of our contributions.

Thank you so much for so graciously hosting the 2026 FLIM Golf Tournament in memory of Rev. Ken Ahlstrand—and for so graciously hosting Presiding Bishop Curry! Thank you to all the registration and setup volunteers, and please pass along thanks from the ELCA Churchwide organization to the tournament Planning Committee.
