Be a Blessing for Tucson Households
Lutheran Church of the Foothills is one of the partners of Tanque Verde Lutheran Church’s Household Blessings ministry. Household Blessings partners with local ministries to provide New Home Starter Kits, which include essential items like kitchen supplies, linens, furniture, and clothing in clean, usable condition, to those in need. There are two ways for you to support this ministry:
Bring your new or gently used and clean household items and clothing to our church on the last Sunday of each month. Bethany Boyd will have her car ready after worship to receive your donations, and will deliver them to Tanque Verde Lutheran Church.
Help Household Blessings volunteers sort, pack and distribute the donations they receive at Tanque Verde Lutheran Church (8625 E. Tanque Verde Rd.). They meet once a month and warmly welcome new participants.
