Former Pastor Celebrates 45 Years of Ordination

Rev. John Lillie, pastor of Lutheran Church of the Foothills from 2003 to 2015, celebrated 45 years of ordained ministry on October 26. A prayer of thankfulness for his many years of faithful service was said during our worship service that Sunday. We wish Pastor John, his wife Cheryl, their daughters Julia and Jordan, and their entire family well as they continue their lives of faith and service. Cheryl’s mother, Elaine Zapfel, frequently worships with us.
