Help us discern the future of our congregation’s service to our neighbors by spending just 5 to 10 minutes to thoughtfully reply to this survey. The survey is anonymous. You can answer every question, or just one.

We won’t put you in a box. This survey includes space for you to share your own thoughts, experiences, interests, and feelings about how your faith shapes your sense of God’s call to serve your neighbor. Whether you are checking a box or writing an answer, there are no right or wrong responses.

May the Holy Spirit guide us all as we shape our vision for ministry in the remainder of 2026 and beyond. Please participate – complete and return your survey by March 1.
