October 5, 2025: When the Israelites experience hunger in the wilderness, they long for their days of enslavement and complain against Moses and Aaron. Moses prays to God, and God answers Moses’ prayer by giving the Israelites manna and quail to eat. God sends blessings even when His people grumble.

September 28, 2025: God remembers the covenant with the Israelites and sends Moses to lead the people out of enslavement in Egypt. Moses is reluctant, but God assures him that God will be with him and give him words to speak.

September 14, 2025: God can provide even in impossible situations. We sometimes find ourselves in situations in which we cannot imagine a positive outcome, but God has a bigger picture of what is possible, and can intervene to bless us, directly or through others.

September 7, 2025: God creates the heavens, the earth, and everything that fills them. God does not do the work of creation haphazardly. Rather, God separates and orders creation with great care.
